&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I presume the affected box is a&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;mini box&lt;/STRONG&gt;?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you do end up needing a new box it'll probably be via a 'doorstep box swap' whereby a courier company (usually DPD in the UK) deliver a new mini box and take your pre-disconnected faulty box away. You need to contact Sky to arrange this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
