It seems to take an age to load up Home Screen?

@Yanto43 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Thanks I followed instructions as you advised. No advice came up on screen!

I suspect I didn't put it in standby properly?

Wonder if you can help me with another issue.

I have tv with hdmi slot I want too watch EFL match this evening.

Set it up to do so with my iPhone, digital adaptor.

It says I cannot connect this way!

I have sky soorts + package.

Is there a way around this?

I get sound but no picture!
