I'm thinking of having a tv and broad band package. Does Sky Q box come as standard with all packages

If you order a Sky Q package, yes (and a dish). All Q hardware is loaned for the duration of your subscription.

Note that while Sky Broadband is frequently sold alongside Sky Television, technically it's not a 'package'.

Q is approaching end of life, and Sky/Comcast claim that 90% of new users opt for Glass or Stream.
