Connecting Sky Booster to Mini

I want to connect my sky booster to my sky mini via Ethernet, whilst leaving the connection between the main sky q box and the sky booster connected via WiFi. Can this work? If so, do I need to reset the mini?

Yeah you need to do a network reset on the mini to use ethernet.

Yes, it worked. You have to reset the mini, connecting the Ethernet cable to the mini straight after you've pressed the WPS button on the Booster. It connected up... but at first I had some problems with glitches and the mini not being responsive to the remote. So I disconnected the mini from the mains for a few minutes and then reconnected it. It's been fine since then....and I've switched off the WiFi through the mini so I know it's definitely feeding through the Ethernet now.

Home button...scroll down to Settings but don't press the button. Key 001 then press the button. Then Network will show whether WIFI is on or off. If on, click each one to Off and then press Confirm. But don't do this until the Ethernet connection is properly working. Hope that helps.
