Sky Stream Puck, Now and Glass don't have record functions.

This is exactly what I want/demand from Sky.

My Sky Q has been playing up recently. Actually running like a dog. So slow it's boarderline unuseable.

Don't tell me about playlists. I know already.

If this feature is not addressed.

I'll have to switch to Virgin.

What Sky are currently offering. I could get from a moody Amazon Fire Stick.

Totally illegal granted. But more channels and a one off payment.

Please, please Sky fix this issue. Couple of years. You'll become irrelevant.

Virgin will suck up all your customers!

I'm so close to jumping ship. Sky's support for Q is terrible.

Posting demands on here won't make Sky (or more importantly Comcast) change their minds about prioritising broadcasting via the internet over satellite services.

Have you actually reported your Sky Q issue to Sky?

Assuming you mean "borderline unusable" then you could try a factory reset of the Q box. You'll lose existing recordings though.

How full is the hard drive? Myth and legend has it that the Q box slows down if it gets too full.
