Diamond VIP offer not honoured

As a Diamond VIP member I received an offer for multiscreen for £5 pm, I cannot access this offer via the app so rang instead. I was told that the cost was £17pm as that was all that was available. I queried why £17 as I could use the app any and get it for £10pm. Standard reply, they are not seeing that for me and £17pm is the price. I left it and tried again the next day but used the online chat. Once again I was told they are not seeing that offer but could offer it me for £8pm. Whilst I see that is a good offer why give me a deal for £5 then not honour it? My connection ended, it is very frustrating as I have spent some time on this and still not got a satisfactory reply.
