Hi there, just wondering if anyone with similar experiences could help. Quite often my Sky planner seems to be all over the place, for example. Just recording some episodes of expedition unknown with Josh Gates. On the sky planner it will tell me, for example, that I'm about to record episode 6, season 10. A little later I go into the planner, head for programmes grouped in season 10, and I can't find the episode I recorded. Then, after a bit of searching, I can find it sat inside the programmes grouped together for season 9. And there it is, now telling me that it's season 9 episode 2. So if I press play to watch it, and then press information, it will say season 10 episode 6. This happens regularly, seasons and episodes jumping all over the planner and ending up with different numbers. Sometimes, with the likes of long running shows like ancient aliens, I can have an episode recording and go back later to find out that it wasn't episode 4 of season 15, and I have no idea where to find it without manually searching through all the available seasons. Sorry for the long winded question, but it's very frustrating.

@alibonham you can report this problem to viewers relations at viewerR@sky.uk

If its a Sky channel they can report the miss naming and get it sorted

If its a third party channel then all they can do is contact the broadcasting channel (they may say you have to contact the broadcaster yourself) and tell them as its the broadcasting channel that is responsible for the meta data provided to Sky describing the programme and the episode and series
