Mini box dead

Mini has orange light but did not turn on, unplugged and when plugged back in it goes orange for 1 second then goes off, no

lights at all.
when press reset orange light come back but still doesnt come back on.
other mini box works ok

@Thomass4 does it come on if you press the orange light as that is the manual on/off button

No, nothing happens whatsoever, if i power down then plug back in the orange lights appears for 2 seconds then goes off, no lights at all, when i press reset on the back the orange lights appears comes back but nothing happens

And when you physically press that orange light button, nothing happens then?

Use rhe box teoubleshooter on sky.com

it ends with a replacement being sent out.
