If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Ignore all automated messages and wait for an agent

I don't know your community rules but the help on offer is REALLY BAD - in fact, I can get NO HELP AT ALL and I pay 39,99 to have a second box in my bedroom

Hi @SCM54 The full price (without discounts) is only £15 a month for your Mini box. I don't know what it is in €. So 39.99 is ridiculous. It is called Multiscreen. Please see Welcome below for the community rules.

Yes go though all the automated questions and the end it will you if that all or words th that effect. You say no and then you put though to a human
