Just renewed my sky but lost my Discovery+.how can I get it back

What do you mean lost it @Marl1 ??

Is the App just not showing?

If so, have you tried refreshing the Apps in the Hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Select Apps 
then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box.
You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing
It’s recommended waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.

Refresh Apps can take up to 24 hrs to complete .

Ty.i have the Discovery+app but doesn't allow me to log in.apparently this app was closed last month when I renewed my contract.i know it's free when you have sky cinema but need help in getting it back without paying.

Hi @Marl1 I thought that was Paramount+, not Discovery+.

Hi @Marl1

It's Paramount plus that is free on Sky if you have Sky Cinema.

Discovery is free to all Sky users.

Unfortunately Discovery plus does seem to make you sign in in periodically and you need to go through the steps to sign in by scanning the QR code or using your web browser to go to the website link.

Hi @Marl1

I just tried to open Discovery plus here and sure enough I had to sign in.

I couldn't get the QR code to work but going to the Website Activation link was Ok and once I entered the code that was shown onscreen into the website I was in.
