Some films on Sky cannot be played because screen says I need a UHD TV to wtch. But I do have a 4K TV. Screen message also says to change settings press the red button. What red button? The only red button on the remote is the record button.

Please may I ask which SKy product you have ?

You have posted in SKY Q - the remotes have a red button (on the latest remotes below the mute button) & I don't recall ever seeing a message to use the red button to change resolution

If you do have SKY Q then the resolution is set in

Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual - Picture Resolution
