Sky rejoin question

Hi,

I've just spoken with the Sky rejoin team about 30 minutes ago and eventually agreed to rejoin Sky Q after my contract expired yesterday. I've managed to keep the same package I had previously for a price I'm happy to accept. My question is that my tv servies appear to be back on, however UHD channels aren't working and say I need to upgrade even though this was on my old package, and I told the adviser to keep everything the same.

Does this take a little time to get back on, or should this be instant as I've got the other channels back?

Thanks

Hi @Laneyboy124 Check your future bills, to ensure that the UHD add-on is on there. It is not unusual for advisors to remove something to get to a price that is agreed.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

I've looked and I do not see UHD on my future contract so it appears it was removed! I assume if I contact them then they can get this resolved and it won't affect the new deal they offered? I explicitly said on the call that I did not want UHD removed and asked the agent at the time if this was still included.

I've ended up cancelling. I've spoken with 5 separate people in India and have been left so frustrated with the service. 16 years with Sky and now I've left.
