Check that the HDMI cable is properly connected to both the Q box and your TV. Try unplugging it and re-connecting. Also try re-booting both the Q box and your TV to re-engage the HDMI handshake by turning them off at the wall for a minute then power them back on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to get the error message then try a new high speed HDMI cable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is you splitter a powered one?....as I've use many splitters and the only one that worked for me was a powered hub (from Amazon)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes done that too. The cable in my sky Q works great for my switch. Honestly I don't know what else to try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
