Hi there

I have opted for the Red Button to watch an NFL game. But it is silent. No Sound whatsoever apart for about 5 seconds. In addition the picture says ALOT Resumes Shortly. I missed the first 4 minutes of Playing time and I am guessing as I have just got the picture back that I might get to the end of the 1st qtr. But it is not much fun silent!

Oh dear too optimistic....no picture to match no sound now.

Ah, an update. After 36 minutes since the program I have got sound. But it is poor, crackly and drops out a bit....ah now clear.

Oh well, after an hour I gave up. Picture break looked like they were advert breaks although there was not a 15-20 minute Advert break to start with. I got in the hour maybe 5 mins of sound over about 6 times with sound. So there is little excitement in watching just pictures that disapear for a couple of minutes every 3-4 minutes.

There were problems to start last week but after 15 mins it was relatively OK. Today was just not watchable.

I will try to contact Sky tomorrow to make sure it is not something I have to set up.
