News freak!

Unable to watch Sky News. Sky suggested a broadband issue but I have Sky broadband and everything else works. Just checked and I cannot get any news channel except going into ITV X and getting news at 10.

If you are trying to watch via Sky Q it almost certainly won't be a broadband issue. Have you tried other channels?

If you're trying to watch "live" broadcast of Sky News ( which is received via your satellite dish), it will have nothing to do with your broadband. What message are you getting when you try?
