view card not pairing

i needed a replacement Sky q box.. that arrived but my view card does not pair... spoke to the sky operative who told me all the things I need to do and still no joy..... after 9 minutes they cut the line.. great job.........so 3 weeks of no sky channels or sports .. no good eneough.

It has an internet connection?

and you did take the card out of the old box and put it in the replacement one?

All that is ok I have internet reboosted and have done everything but the tv just keeps saying no internet, which is not true otherwise i could not send this ...so pleasew sky help me out and not just cut me off because that operator could not help me ....

Ok so the sky box isn't connected to the internet. That would be the problem

then.

Can you do a network reset through the sky settings menu?

is it sky broadband or someone else?
