No picture, just a black screen so can't access settings. Sound is there

Hi @Jake181 I would start with a full power reboot of the Sky Q box and TV.

Have done all the rebooting, as well as holding down the power button on the Samsung tv . I think maybe my TV has broken rather than the sky q box?

No menu , no anything . Just a black screen . Can't see anything on it at all
