    <description>&lt;P&gt;As a reward there was free HD &amp;amp; UHD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why did they not cancel after say a month?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a con?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now being charged monthly for both.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot find anywhere on the app to cancel both, there's a mention, like already yours, but nothing to change to subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's very confusing!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called and asked if the subscriptions would stop after the reward. I was told yes, that's not happened, they are both still on thre bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky would be able to see the UHD, wasn't even used, so why would they continue to charge!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A sneaky way, give a gift, don't cancel and keep charging!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

For longer free periods just diarise when to give notice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to get in touch with Sky to give notice to have these services removed and stop future billing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It is not a con but does catch people out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In common with many offers from many providers, such offers are very often trials with automatic transfer into the normal monthly payment unless cancelled by the customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you were told it would automatically be cancelled you were informed incorrectly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To my knowledgeSKY's systems for the core add ons does not allow for online cancellation and require you to contact SKKY to do so, unfortunately.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BTW Cancellation is not immediate, requiring the standard 31 days notice - which also means,&amp;nbsp; if the trial was for a month, to not be charged you would have needed to cancel immediately&lt;/P&gt;</description>
