Red button not working on sky sports racing 415 on my Sky Q box

Tried rebooting all cables attached.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

@PeterB5 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Thanks to everyone who replied to my post and answered my problem.

Now that Sky have decided to finish the live greyhound racing on the red button I will sadly be closing my Sky account very shortly.
