Some catchup services require the HD subscription.

Do you have HD sub? What channels are you having issue with?

These are the current methods for contacting Sky…

▪️call by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile.

Calls to Sky will start automated which may offer you the online help route (see below) or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

There are loads of posts about this issue dating from 2023 but it,s still happening .

it has now started happening to me with old episodes of New Tricks series 7 for example,.

The fix in my case involves selecting U&Drama in epg to give a live feed can be any program on U&Drama.

Then go to download options and select.Downloads ok and will download following episode when you you start viewing initial download.

Also applies to Alibi.

Fix not permanent but can be easily reimplemented.
