    <description>&lt;P&gt;In the past, this error has occurred when a local network is using some kind of VPN.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using any kind of VPN?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If, not, it may mean that for some reason Paramount+ see your WAN IP address as being blocked.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try leaving your router off power for half hour or more, &amp;nbsp;this should give you a new WAN IP address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Licence Error 3304 on all Paramount+ content</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since Friday evening, Paramount + has failed to work. I can access Paraomunt+ either via the App in Sky Q and via a PC Browser. It recognises my logn account details, shows my name, and shows that I have an account via Sky, it even lets me access the play lists of things to watch, but when I select any program to watch, this error message is displayed on screen saying&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"OOPS! Sorry, but due to licensing restrictions, this video isnt available in your location. Error code - 3304"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happens for every program on Paramount +, including programs that are UK based, so its not a location based issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am &lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; using a VPN for the connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing has changed to my set-up since it just stopped working on Friday evening&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already reset my router, and waited 30 mins before powering back on, everything else on my network is working fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reset the Sky Q Box last night, and left it off over night, restarting it again today&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have refreshed all the Apps on the Sky Q box yesterday, and had to relogin to P+ again today, so that has worked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky Q has the latest OS version installed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have gone onto the Paramount+ webpage and told it to logout all devices, and then relogged in via PC Browser and Sky Q App, and the same error codes for everything I try and access&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netflix and Discovery+ both stream fine, with no issues at all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is not my router, my internet connection, or my ability to login to Paramount+. The issue seems to be the link between my Sky account and the Paramount+ account, which appears to stop me accessing the content&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who can I speak to, in order to get this resolved ASAP?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to call, but got cut off at the point I managed to get through to someone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently paying for multi-room, and over £110 a month, and yet I cant watch programs I want, because something has changed on Friday, between Sky and Paramoung, which is now blocking my viewing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot access Paramount+ on my Sky Q box, or via browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is nothing wrong with my internet or router, both are working with Netflix/Discovery+ and normal Sky Q connections&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reset the Sky box, my router, my pc, refreshed all SkyQ Apps, and relogged back into Paramount+ via their website and all is fine, but I cannot access any programs when I select them to view, withe same Oops Error 3304 code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I posted earlier, and Sky decided to flag the post as spam and not show it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just want an answer and resolution to the issue, on a paid for service, which stopped working on Friday evening&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I left it running in the background for hours last night, and it does nothing, doesn play or do anything beyond that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All was working fine up until Friday. I got an email from Sky last week, saying Sky Q was getting an update, and then this, which suggests this may be linked&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was a similar issue a few weeks back. It seemed that his ISP (Hey) was routing his connection through a server in Spain so as a result the app thought he was a not in the UK because his IP address was a Spanish location. You can check using sites like this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.iplocation.net/#google_vignette" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.iplocation.net/#google_vignette&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(My IP address is currently apparently the village of Misterton in Notts &amp;nbsp;- I can assure you I am nowhere near there!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is the case usually a simple rebooting of your router should do the trick - when it restarts your ISP will automatically allocate a new IP address which will (hopefully!) be a UK one. If you have full fibre you might have a separate ONT box as well in which case reboot that was well. If you IP address is still a non UK location you will need to contact your ISP (it can effect thinks like banking apps as well.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(You may find that if you use other apps which have location restrictions - like the iPlayer - you might get similar issues. And you may be getting odd ads on websites for non-uk services etc.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Still not resolved, I have even now got onto Paramount support, and got them looking into it, as I tired to access it again today, after leaving it for a week, and the error 3304 has now gone, and a new message appears saying my region is not supported, and is reporting me as being detected in the US&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My internet is Virgin Media, I have spoken to them, and I am not being routed outside the UK, and I am not using a VPN or Proxy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My geolocation is shown as the UK and my Point of Presence is a few miles up the road from where I live, so its not the internet connection. Sky Q works normally with download movies, and on demand content, so the Sky box seems to see I'm UK basied and not elsewhere&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changing the IP to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8, as suggested, has done nothing, as well as all the other&amp;nbsp;suggestions made by people on how to fix it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have refreshed all Apps, logged out of P+ and back in, removed and repaired my Sky card in the SKy Q Box, tried to access P+ content, via my mini boxes, and nothing is working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears that somewhere between Sky and Paramount+ I have had my account blocked as in the US&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All streaming services are working fine, Netflix, Discovery+, Disney+, etc. I have been on the SKY help lines, waited ages, then been cut off, as I get up to the top&amp;nbsp; the queue, so need a resolution, as paying a fortune, and nobody seems interested&amp;nbsp; from Sky in sorting out the issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it still doesn't work you can leave Virgin out of the equation - if it does it then points the finger firmly in their direction.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*You might have an issue with an account being used in different location/households if you go to a mates but for a quick one off you should be ok?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, will try that after work, see if I can narrow it down, but frsutrating when somethign just stops working, and the people ou pay the money to, are hiding behind automated phone lines, and you have to rely on forums to see if someone else, has had the issue, and has the magic bullet to fix it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is an issue for some Virgin Media customers in that a number of IP addresses from them in Teeside and surrounding areas are showing as Stockton California in some databases used by app providers rather than Stockton on Tees [these are not accurate but at least should be in the same country].&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is most noticeable on Paramount as the app is completely different over there, and so there will be no access. Some other apps give access but with US content.
