    <description>&lt;P&gt;Every few months or so my sky q box has issues and when I start it up as usual on the morning it's back to factory settings - today it states no satellite and I had to reconnect internet and re sync my remote, then all recordings have vanished. It's very frustrating this happens regularly enough that it's very inconvenient for me and I loose all previous recordings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
