Cannot access some channels

For several weeks I have been unable to watch Sky Witness channel live and when vevtrird to record programmes the recording always fails. Today I went through a lot of channels and fond 12 others with the "this channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal. The other Dly channels are fine so I don't understand what is happening as it cannot be due to weather conditions

As you mention a satellite signal I take it this is Sky Q related as you had put this in the Sky Go forum so it has been moved for you.
