I think you should be able to do this via your SKY Q box

Home - scroll down to My Sky - Select My Products (Under Upgrades and accessories)

You will need to enter your PIN

Tab down to App subscriptions

Tab right /down if necesseary to select Disney+ (assuming it is listed) & you should get an option to cancel

I go to my sky and products and see the Disney box but nothing happens when try to press it. Been trying for days

Have you tried tabbing right ?
