When are sky gonna sort the tv listing issue thats been going off for months now, mine goes off all the time and i have to reset my box to get them back but after a few days they go off again, sometimes the write up doesnt match the program

I remember once reading that this issue can - sometimes - be sorted by permanently deleting recordings. (Maybe linked to the available space on the hard drive?)

Go to recordings then manage then deleted. You can then select delete forever for each 'deleted' program. It may take a while! (And be careful sometimes it selects undelete!)

this has been going on for months, ive done everything, reset box, software upgrade, deleted programs, etc. it sorts the problem out for a week but then comes back, sky say they cant find any fault?? im lost on what to do next.
