&lt;P&gt;That's something you'll need to negotiate individually with Sky: unlike broadband there's no automatic compensation for subscription television.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;An upgrade to Sky Q (I presume this is booked in for October) is not the reason for loss of service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your Sky HD box has failed then I'm not sure Sky will cover this period...&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But they may entertain a goodwill credit once you're up and running.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
