Hi I am moving home both my contracts are out of date with sky I am on super fast broadband and sky q unfortunately they is not full fibre in my new area which I can get where I live now only half a miles away. I was think of swapping from sky q to sky steaming. On calling sky I was passed around here there and everywhere on asking how much it would cost to swap but all he kept saying I would have to book the move then after fitting the sky q box then I could swap over. The new place has no dish so engineer need to fit the dish and cable it in etc. I asked him if I could get a cost no no no to in the end I got his supervisor on the phone. He then told me it would be £94.50 per month to make easyer for them no engineer to call no dish to supply no cost to them and no difference in services to now so why do I have to paid £20 more per month after 12 years never missed a payment etc and a vip member. Has another else came up the same thing or has AI just made people lazyer

No discount my contracts ended in February and March

@perkins1608 Bare in mind that Sky Stream is a very different service to Sky Q so do your research. No local recording and not the same channel lineup being two major differences.
