Three metres should be OK as long as the cable is built to the 'high speed' standard. Many people use Amazon Basics cable of that length successfully.

What length is the cable, and what resolution is pixelating?

Roughly speaking, UHD is good for about three metres (and perhaps up to five) no matter what brand of passive HDMI cable is in use: beyond that you need an active technology.

Note that paying for 'premium' passive cable makes almost no difference, and there are many complete rip-offs around.
