      <description>&lt;P&gt;Keep getting the message 'Texhnical Error Please Try Again Later'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If a tech error is known why isn't there a reason / ETA for a fix ? Any comms would be better than letting subscribes getting annoyed !!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
