I've tried using my email address, both the new one I registered when I signed up to sky Q and my old email address which I no longer have access to but it said that these detail don't match an account. I've also tried logging in using my name and address,&nbsp; my viewing card number both old and new and what I think is my account number but nothing works. I want to have everything ready for installation tomorrow so please help. Thank you.
