Hi my tnt hd is not working says to watchbchannel I need to upgrade.but I have the channels I can watch on sd and uhd but not hd.iv read that satellite might need tweeking

Still not fixed. Each time I put in watch wrong noone answers for hours then chat is closed.iv no tnt hd and I'm paying for it

Is the chat invite from the Messaging Team still live? You only have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

Are you subscribed to TNT Sports via BT? If so, you will need to contact TNT to upgrade your subscription. TNT Sports via BT only provided the SD version on their base price.

It's OK now I think the issue was when I upgraded through the sky app something went wrong.now with a new subscription I rang sky up to get new deal and uhd tnt is working now.so ring up instead of upgrading on app
