Trying to cancel Discovery plus subscription. Tried to cancel using My Sky in marketplace. There is a remove button but does not work. Any ideas?

What exactly are you trying to cancel?

discovery+ Entertainment is included in your basic subscription at no extra cost and cannot be cancelled unless you cancel your whole Sky subscription.

TNT Sports + Entertainment requires you to give 31 days notice to remove TNT Sports, which normally requires you to reach out to Sky, depending on how long you signed up for. This would remove TNT Sports but you would still have discovery+ Entertainment.

I need to cancel the subscription as when I signed in I used the wrong email address. So I can no longer sign into my Discovery plus account directly with Discovery. I pay a subscription with them including TNT. This no longer on there.

Don't think you can do the registration twice. They MIGHT be able to change email addresss on their website if they know the password but more likely need to phone them to get it changed.
