Recently 'upgraded' to talk talk full fibre but Sky Q box keeps losing internet connection, all other devices are fine. Reset both the Sky Q box and router and it works again for say 24 hours or so then loses connectivity again.

Hi @Mabel11

I was with TalkTalk full fibre for 2 years until I recently moved to Sky for a cheaper deal. I have Sky Q and whilst with TalkTalk had to change the internet connection from wifi (which kept dropping out) to hard wired ethernet. It was then totally stable with no problems.

I don't think Sky Q boxes like any wifi other than Sky's own !

Good luck
