I have had this problem for weeks but today it's been solved. Go to your recordings screen. Go to the recordings sub menu and scroll down to 'manage'. You'll see all your recordings in a different menu. Are they anywhere near 100 per cent? Ideally they need to be kept under 75 per cent otherwise it affects performance. Have got mine down to 57 and for the first time in weeks I'm able to watch Sky on the mini box without it dropping every few minutes. It's been consistently faultless for hours now.
