      <description>&lt;P&gt;I find it very stressful indeed phoning Sky due to the robot &amp;amp; the foreign call centres. I want to upgrade to Sky Sports for one month only (for the US Open Tennis, a tournament that lasts a fortnight but I know that you can't subscribe for less than a month). I can see that upgrade can be done via the&amp;nbsp;red button on my remote control, what I'm asking is this: can a downgrade also be done via this way? I can't afford Sky Sports all year round.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
