      <description>Why when I adjust the volume on either my sky or tv remote does it put my skybox into standby mode?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Clearly not behaviour we would expect.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Although this should not cause it, in case the TV is sending signals indicating it is switching off (when changing volume) when it shouldn't be, try setting this to &lt;EM&gt;off&lt;/EM&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Perosnally I don't think this sounds like a loss of pairing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can't see how loss of remote pairing would cause a TV's own remote to shutdown the SKY Q box&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
