Picture Drops for a second or two

Hi, possibly 12 months ago a number of customers including myself reported constant picture Drops on UHD channels when using high-end 4k AV receivers. That was eventually fixed but this has now started happening on HD channels. The picture Drops for a second or two every few mins.

Tried another HDMI cable?

fwiw I'm using a mid-range Yamaha receiver and have never had either of these mentioned problems.

btw your previous posts seem to be about sound stutters, rather than picture?

Try changing channel, then go back to the one you were watching. I've noticed the picture intermittently going blank for a second especially after ad breaks on channels using Sky Adsmart, this could be the same issue.

Other than that, if you have the SkyQ box connected to the receiver, try connecting it directly to your tv.
