      <description>&lt;P&gt;Received an email offer to upgrade to Sky UHD with 4 months free then £4 per month. &amp;nbsp; Clicking on the "Get Sky Ultra HD" tab and it opens my Sky Account but tells me there is "nothing in your basket". &amp;nbsp;Checked my Sky Q Box compatibility and that is fine, hardware 32B212. &amp;nbsp;Why is this so difficult?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
