I cannot access rugby league via the red button this is the only reason I renewed my contract to watch rugby might as well finish with sky all together paying for a service I'm not getting disgusting

hi @Teri61

The red button for most sports now just take you to the SKY Sports App

You can access the SKY Sports app directly from the Home - Apps or by pressing the (...) Key on the SKY Q remote

The next live Rugby Match would appear to be at 3pm today

The Tiles in the Rugby Section os Sports will also take you to the app (unless that game is showing on a Linear channel when it will take you there)

(P.S. you can also use the SKY Sports on mobile devices such as Tablets or Phones)

If you've only just renewed that would suggest you're in a 24month contact.... going to be very expensive to end that early!
