Snow/static when switching on new Q box

Q box replaced last week and for a couple of days it was fine but now when I switch TV (LG) on I only get snow/static even though the Q box is showing a green light. Switching the box & TV off at the mains will re-boot everything but I can't do this every day, it's really inconvenient.

hi @ChristineTRenfrew

The first thing I suggest you try is to unplug the HDMI cable from both the TV & the SKY Q box and then reseat it.

If you have another equivalent HDMI Cable try that instead.
