We recently swapped broadband to ee, because of a price increase and it would not reach upstairs, in a terrace house. I've tried the obvious of unplugging. I've gone to network settings, done as it says but I can't get past page 2 of 4. I've tried to ring several numbers and only been on to robots who are at best useless. Technical support used to talk you through things like this.
