&lt;P&gt;SKY rarely charge for normal problems - usually only for moving dishes/cabling where it is working (e.g. extensions or use in a different r oom) or where there has been deliberate damage or possibly where a 3rd party such a builder damaged it (in which case the costs would usually be passed on to them) .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
