I need to move my tv closer as I have sight problems but there is not enough lead to do this could someone come out to ad extra lead

Closer to what? Sky won't do anything about leads for your TV. Wouldn't the easiest option be to move your seating position?

If you need to move your box, then you can get Satellite Extension cables from a variety of sources
