    <description>&lt;P&gt;I left sky last year, when leaving i sent my box, remote and card back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have rejoined sky now, is there no way i can just get the equiptment sent out to me without an engineers visit ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i still have the dish up. just need to plug a new box in and go, but when contacting sky they are insisting on the engineer coming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;AFAIK they won't normally just send a box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One thing to watch out for, is that with returning customers SKY tend to assume that customers have kept their card.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Although the engineer may have a spare it is wise to check that they have sent/ will be sending you a card&lt;/P&gt;</description>
