I know this may sound a little strange but did you double check that your order included one.

One is not always included with Multiscreen as standard

What did the enginner say ?

Hi @TezJ It is called Multiscreen, not Multi room. Did you request a Sky Q Mini box at the same time as ordering Multiscreen. They do not come automatically by default.

I was not given my muti box as my WiFi wasn't connected
