Sky q box connection

I joined sky and the engineer had said you have a refurbed box that connects to the back of the areal cables. Ive had my house renovated and now the box (25cm) I cannot use as I would need at least a 10metre cable to go around the room as I have had a change in rooms. Just want to check I wanted to go through Wi-Fi where you would get a smaller flat box and they rang to say I would need to pay 32 upfront and an extra 11quid a month o top. Is this right or am I been fobbed off?

You can switch from Q to Stream - it's quite a different product. In regards to the price I'm suprised at that increase - try calling a different agent.

Yeah I will ring up and double check the price is right to go to Wi-Fi I need any other packages just the regular sky channels
