This is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer led &lt;/STRONG&gt;discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would have to contact Sky to chase up the delivery. It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer / larger supermarket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can possibly set up a virtual remote to control your Sky Q box.
