&lt;P&gt;Even though SKY have rediced the mumber of engineers that seems far too long - I would definitely query this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BTW as you are upgrading from SKY HD, you may, also, wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q&lt;/P&gt;
