      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've reconnected &amp;amp; disconnected the HDMI cable.&amp;nbsp; I've re-booted the Q box.&amp;nbsp; I'm pretty confident a first stepis to replace the HDMI cale.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This Sky automated system seems incapable of understanding this basic issue.. Community notes merely confirm I'm on the right track.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes.&amp;nbsp; This is a simple fix.&amp;nbsp; Or possibly a new Q box.&amp;nbsp; I pay a small fortune for a service.&amp;nbsp; Sky can easily afford to send our a new cable.&amp;nbsp; Including P&amp;amp;P probaly cost them less than £2.&amp;nbsp; I don't support the ethos of customer support being so bad, customers pay our &amp;amp; resolve issues on behalf of the ccompany.&amp;nbsp; This is my spare Q box so I'm happy to wait.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
