      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use a sky q box. &amp;nbsp;But my Netflix and YouTube which runs through sky q. Keeps cutting out after a few minutes sometimes seconds to the point I am unable to watch them. &amp;nbsp;I have seen the prompts of 001 but nothing happens I can't even get the 001 to work. &amp;nbsp; Any help please. &amp;nbsp; Is my box faulty&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
